Weekly report of teaching practice- 6 (08/08/2022 - 12/08/2022)

The week was well spent. Many activities have been conducted in this week. Reported speech  in grammar were taught and activities were given. This helps the children to use sentences correctly and easily. Conscientization program  was conducted in the school on the topic "Universal brotherhood and say no to war". It was a great success and poster making competitions  were conducted as part of  program. The word sudoku was conducted as part of subject related activity. Then students  were so excited and participated actively. The winners were announced  and prizes for winners was distributed in the class.  This week I started  with the new lesson 'Tolstoys farm". I used flash cards, activity cards, ICT to show videos and pictures, charts and blackboard as my teaching aids. With the help of teaching aids class was taken effectively  and also it helped to keep students interesting. I took part in many school activities like noon meal, maintenance of discipline etc. We had a short meeting with HM which was quite informative and interesting. I conducted achievement test. The classes were well disciplined and the lessons were well organized.
